This is a space is for anyone who belongs to the Autistic or ADHD community who wants to be a part of a group of people who have similar lived experiences, who are there to listen, relate, empathize, and validate. If you have kept your struggles quiet out of fear of misunderstanding or judgement, this space is for you. If you've struggled to relate to others throughout life, this space is for you. If you're looking for a safe landing spot to unpack life's nuances, this space is for you.

→ Choose your session.

→ Fill out the questionnaire & proceed to payment.

→ Sign a waiver.

$200 covers the entire eight-week session (which includes one 90-minute meet-up once every week with a moderator) . Payment is due before meet-ups begin. 

*There are many payment options at checkout, including small monthly instalments. *

There are no refunds after the meet-ups start. Full refund up to two weeks before the starting date. 

• 8 moderated video call meet-ups with group members. All meet-ups will be 90 minutes. 

• All group members must sign a legally binding waiver before joining the meet-ups. This waiver focusses heavily on the privacy of all group members.

• Only your group members will have access to the meet-ups.
